This welcomes every body from trying to stand up to standing upside down.   Yoga truly is the study of ACCEPTANCE and NON-JUDGEMENT.   It will not be a competiton and there is no way to win.  These classes  will offer the steps to understanding the basics of yoga postures and the correct and safe way to get in and out.  Take your time as you learn.  A yoga practice is truly a practice.  Not a performance and not a perfection.  Learn the alignment of the poses correctly the first time around to avoid injury to the body and be able to expereince and enjoy yoga for it's truest gift.  Even after years of practicing, coming back to basics will continue to challenge your mind and your physical body.
