Consciously Crafted Life-Changing Journeys

Studio One Yoga combines intentional yoga practice with curated adventure travel, creating an elevated journey for body, mind, and spirit. Each retreat begins with grounding, expertly guided yoga before unfolding into breathtaking landscapes, rich cultures, and meaningful local experiences. From mountain trails to coastal villages and sacred sites, this seamless blend of movement, mindfulness, and exploration deepens presence, nurtures well-being, and leaves you with memories with new best friends that you will carry long after you return home.

At the heart of every retreat is connection — connection to yourself, to your breath, to nature, and to one another. In this shared journey, you’ll cultivate deeper awareness, authentic community, and a felt sense of belonging that continues to resonate long after the retreat ends

The Studio One Way of Travel

DISCOVER A MORE MEANINGFUL WAY TO TRAVEL

Our yoga and adventure travel lives at the intersection of deep nourishment and meaningful exploration. Carefully designed to honor both sides of the traveler: Many are designed to invite you into luxury and stillness — yoga in breathtaking settings, slow meals, and deep reconnection. Others are adventure-forward, immersing you in vibrant cultures and places most travelers never see — and each path offers its own way in, depending on how you want to travel, feel, and explore.
What truly sets Studio One Travel apart, however, is community. Many of our guests arrive on their own — often nervous, brave, and stepping far outside their comfort zone. We understand that. You may not always have a travel partner who shares your dream destination, your timeline, or your bucket list. And that’s exactly why we’re here.
From the very first welcome, you are held in a warm, inclusive circle. Sarah takes personal care in connecting everyone — so that by day two, strangers have become friends, and by the end of the journey, you leave with lasting relationships and new travel partners for future adventures. People don’t just return for the places — they return for each other.

Meet your retreat leader

Sarah is the founder of Studio One Yoga and the heart behind its global retreats. With decades of teaching experience and a deep belief in the power of connection, she curates journeys that weave together intentional yoga practice, meaningful cultural immersion, and space to truly exhale.

Her retreats are thoughtfully designed to feel both expansive and supported — blending adventure with presence, exploration with reflection. Whether practicing in wild landscapes or gathering around a shared table, Sarah creates experiences where community forms naturally and transformation unfolds with ease. Each retreat is an invitation to move, to connect, and to return home more fully yourself.

Grounded in over 16 years of teacher, 2,000 hours of formal training and more than 8,000 hours of teaching experience, Sarah’s foundation is rooted in alignment-based asana, anatomy, yoga philosophy, and embodied leadership. Her background spans multiple modalities including vinyasa, yin, restorative, somatic, and Hot 26+2, complemented by over twenty six years as a bodywork therapist. This depth of study informs how she guides — offering precise instruction, intelligent sequencing, and compassionate space for each student to move with awareness, confidence, and trust in their own inner compass.
