200-hr Yoga Teacher Training
Teacher Training isn’t for when life is quiet. It’s for when something inside you wants more.
This 12-week in-person training is for anyone who feels called to go deeper — in their practice, their voice, and their life. We meet you with patience, clarity, and care, grounded in years of experience and a deep respect for the roots of yoga.
What we teach
Grounded in an alignment-based approach, we work carefully and intelligently with the structure of the body — what is being stretched, how it is stretched, and why it matters for safe, sustainable movement. You will study not only the mechanics of poses, but how to teach them clearly, thoughtfully, and with precision.
We also dive deeply into yoga philosophy, weaving the yamas and niyamas into everyday life so the practice becomes personal, practical, and meaningful beyond the mat. Through embodied practice and reflective inquiry, you will learn to feel, sense, and trust your own experience.
Along the way, you will build confidence in your voice — both as a teacher and as a person — and develop intelligent sequence-building skills that help you move and guide others with clarity and intention.
This is more than a certificate — it is an immersive journey that shifts how you move, think, speak, and show up in the world. You don’t have to feel ready to begin. Just curious about your next step…maybe they will even be on your hands

What Our Past Students are Saying…
“My experience with YTT at Studio One and with Sarah, Shelly, and Maren was life changing in the best way possible. No exaggeration. The program was put together thoughtfully and opened my mind beyond what I expected. I know, without a doubt, my training from this community will take me far not just in the yoga world but off the mat as well.”
— Sam
“The yoga teacher training program at Studio One Yoga was, for me, nothing short of transformative. The curriculum had depth and weight. The faculty offered such thoughtful care and skill. If anyone is in the Minneapolis or St. Paul area asks me about the best place to receive yoga training, I’d send them one place: Studio One Yoga
— James
“Sarah has put together a very well rounded program. I appreciate that she made an effort for students to not only hear from her, but to get exposure from many different teachers and backgrounds. A great effort was put into presenting sensitive, inclusive, and authentic material. This authenticity and desire to grow and learn could be felt throughout our entire 12 weeks. I highly recommend this training.”
— Beth
“The experience of yoga teacher training helped me grow as a person and has opened my heart in ways that I couldn’t have imagined. The timing will never be perfect, but IF you want to change your life, IF you want to learn more and deepen your practice, and even IF you don’t even think you want to teach, you should go for it! It’s one thing I’ve never regretted, and it will open doors you don’t even know exists
— Matt
“YTT was the best thing I could do for myself. Discovering my “why” through self leadership was something truly remarkable. The past few months, I was able to learn and grow and that I am thankful for.”
— Louise
“The YTT program at S1 was simply a beautiful experience. Sarah Moslemi laid out the path towards our RYT 200 certification but offered guidance and space to find the unknown self hidden beneath the stone. I now have the knowledge and confidence I desired to be able to share this love I have for yoga. And, I found me.”
— Darcy
