Full Moon Flow
Join Studio One Yoga instructor Anne Koalska for a heated, meditative flow under the glow of the Sagittarius full moon. Expect powerful movement, intentional breathwork, moon rituals, and a deeply restorative sound bath designed to help you align, release, and expand.
This is not just any full moon. May brings us two full moons, with the second known as a “Blue Moon,” a rare celestial event that only happens every few years. Even more special, we will not experience another double full moon month again until 2028.
Come move, reflect, and soak in this once-in-a-blue-moon energy with community and intention.

Cacao + Meditation Ceremony
Join Shelly and Matt for a deeply nourishing experience designed to cultivate balance, ease, and inner calm.
The evening will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting you to slow down and gently turn inward. From there, you will move through a slow and gentle practice intended to release tension and create space throughout the body, mind, and spirit. The experience will close with a guided meditation and immersive sound bath, allowing you to settle into a deeply restorative state of rest.

Yoga Sculpt Dance Party
Start your weekend with energy, movement, and a little bit of magic. This high-energy, music-driven experience blends yoga flow, strength training, HIIT, and dance into one seamless, sweat-filled class designed to leave you feeling empowered, energized, and fully alive.
Expect upbeat music, dynamic movement, and a playful atmosphere that keeps you engaged from beginning to end.
We’ll begin with a 10–15 minute introduction to sculpt technique and movement safety before moving into a 60-minute full-body class designed to challenge and energize you. The evening will close with an extended cool-down to help the body reset and restore, followed by optional social time to connect, laugh, and recharge together.
Stay after class to enjoy infused water and community, whether you are catching up with friends or meeting someone new.

108 Sun Salutations: Summer Solstice
Celebrate the Summer Solstice with an energizing evening of movement, breath, and sound.
Join Studio One instructor Anne Koalska and move together through 108 sun salutations. You'll weave in mantra and conscious breath work to ground your energy, build heat, and clear space on the longest day of the year. After the movement practice you will be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath to allow your nervous system to reset and soften.

Arm balance and Inversions
Come learn about arm balances and inversions. There will be some time to address their place in the yoga tradition, their benefits and contraindications, and of course to play and get upside down. Extra emphasis will be placed on how to properly prepare and strengthen the body to safely advance your arm balance skills over time. Class will end with relaxing stretches and time in savasana. All levels welcome. The only pre-requisite is the ability to bear weight on your hands. Class will be unheated. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
