Our 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training is designed for all levels of yogis looking to expand their knowledge of yoga, deepen their own asana practice and learn to teach.
We respectfully honor the multi dimensional history of yoga, and approach our teaching with respect to the philosophy, as well as a in depth study of the alignment of the asana practice.
Studio One is a safe place to explore your edge of discomfort and ignite a passion for the practice by creating openness and confidence
Our commitment is to leave students with not only a with an in depth understanding of the of philosophical knowledge and deeper understanding of their own physical practice but confidence is public speaking and teaching as they share their passion with others.
We understand many come to teacher training looking to find their own voice and guide our teachers how to teach with authenticity and safe alignment.
