A set series of 26 traditional yoga postures that are combined with breathing exercises to encourage a cardiovascular workout that strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming and relaxing the mind. Don’t be fooled by calming and relaxing - that comes at the end, or with a lot of dedication and time to the practice. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. The things you attempt will shock you. The result will shock you more. The discipline will change your life if you allow it.

Class is done in 108 degrees with high humidity and runs for 60 or 90 minutes as listed in the schedule. You will be cued one time through each pose. Between each pose is an opportunity to break, rest, restore. This isn’t a flow. This is all levels. But please don’t be fooled, this isn’t gentle. Bring a towel, bring water, and please don’t eat burritos beforehand.
