A set series of 26 traditional yoga postures that are combined with breathing exercises to encourage a cardiovascular workout that strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming and relaxing the mind. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Class is done in 105 degrees with humidity and runs for 60 or 90 minutes as listed in the schedule. You will be cued one time through each pose.
