S1 Flow

Beginner Friendly - All Studio One Yoga level classes are done in our non-heated studio or specified as in our heated studio to 88-92 degrees. S1 class pace is appropriate for beginners that are ready to learn the fundamentals of breath to movement synchronization. With a focus on proper alignment and breathing techniques, this class will introduce beginners to traditional yoga practice, and refine the avid yogi’s practice. You will learn how to properly modify each pose to receive the full mental and physical benefits. The balance of breath and body will help you find a moving meditation on your mat, the benefits of which will be carried into other areas of your life. (non-heated Studio One Yoga’s are one of Studio One’s recommended Pre-Natal Classes with consideration of modifications.)
