Policy

Please note that are doors are only unlocked 15 minutes before and after classes. We do not answer phone calls due to classes in session and will get back to you through email within 24 hours.

We do not accept class sign ups or cancellation through phone messages or emails. Please log into your account to register or cancel classes.

Our doors are locked during and between class times. Doors open only 15 minutes prior to class starting and 15 minutes after.

Termination of Auto pay contracts must be made one month (pay period) prior. If this is a request to cancel a membership, please note you will see one more charge and have full use of our facility until the end of your contract.
