Amy discovered yoga during her own health and wellness journey. What began as a way to support weight loss and increase flexibility quickly became something much deeper. Within weeks of practicing, she felt called to explore yoga beyond the postures and enrolled in her 200 hour teacher training, an experience she describes as truly transformative.

Through yoga, Amy gained self confidence, self acceptance, and tools to navigate depression with greater awareness and steadiness. Her personal transformation fuels her passion for teaching and helping others build a practice that supports long term strength, balance, and happiness.

In addition to teaching yoga, Amy works as a health and wellness coach, guiding clients toward sustainable, whole body well being. She lives with her husband and two daughters and enjoys a full home that also includes a couple of very spirited cats.
