Be on time! We do lock the doors at the start of class, no exception.
Stillwater (402 N. Main Street) is located the historic Staples Mills Building in the north end of downtown Stillwater. Parking is located on street and in the commercial parking lot across from the studio. We love our vibrant downtown neighborhood!
Roseville (1940 Lexington Avenue) is located just a few blocks South of Hwy 36 on the corner of Roselawn & Lexington. We have our own parking lot to the north of the building.
White Bear Lake (4475 Lake Rd) is located on the west side of White Bear Lake with beautiful windows in the studio opening up to view the whole lake. We are above Mizu restaurant with a door facing the parking garage (not the lake)

Coming to class

You're ready, we promise. Give yourself at least 10-15 minutes to get acquainted with the studio, create an account, choose your Introductory Offer, meet your teacher, and relax on your mat. Great classes to get started with are Gentle, Stretch + Flex, S1. Also Candlelights (they are darker if you are looking for more visual guidance, but so juicy and relaxing) Hot 60 is all levels so this is where you begin, and the sequence never changes - Beginners feel like they shouldn't begin in heat, we disagree - if you want warmth and to dive in - start here. Yin + Meditation & Restorative Classes are great places to start., these will always be relaxing, if you are looking to "start" a more physical practice Try S1 or Stretch + Flex.

What to Bring

Dress Comfortable for the class your will be attending, bring a mat, water bottle and yourself. (Heated Classes- towel recommend) If you don’t have it, don’t worry! We have everything you need!  We offer mat & towel rental and sell S1 water bottles that can be refilled at our water station We also have a full retail store, if you ever forget your yoga workout clothes.

Ready to Practice?

The best way to find your fit is to try a few classes and explore different instructors and styles. Don’t be intimidated - show up, it’s the hardest part of any change. Trust me! Class descriptions are available to help guide your choices as you grow your practice.
