i Christina first came to yoga in 2017 as a tool for active recovery from demanding physical training. What began as a way to restore her body soon sparked a deeper transformation. Through the support of a welcoming community, she experienced a profound integration of mind, body, and spirit that felt both grounding and freeing.
As her practice evolved, she became inspired by yoga’s ability to cultivate strength alongside vulnerability. This realization stirred a deep desire to share the practice with others.
In 2024, Christina completed her teacher training at Studio One. She teaches with intention and heart, creating space for students to explore their own resilience, awareness, and grace.
Her classes invite steady effort, thoughtful movement, and a return to inner balance both on and off the mat.
