Erika’s yoga journey has been deeply transformative, shaping the way she moves through the world and connects with herself and others. She has practiced consistently for several years and has been teaching since 2023. Certified in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga from Studio One, she weaves mindful movement, breath, and introspection into each class.
Yoga has supported her through many seasons of life, offering both sanctuary and strength. That lived experience informs her teaching and fuels her desire to create spaces where students feel safe to explore, soften, and grow.
Her classes balance movement and stillness, challenge and ease. Erika believes yoga is more than physical shapes; it is a practice of returning home to yourself. In addition to weekly classes, she leads workshops that deepen self awareness and support authentic living.
Her intention is simple: to guide students back to their own inner wisdom, one steady breath at a time.
