Michelle Loughrey

Michelle has been practicing at Studio One for over five years and values the strong sense of community she has found there. She was first drawn to yoga during her weight loss journey after a knee injury led her to seek a more mindful and sustainable approach to movement. Yoga helped her slow down, tune in, and truly feel how her body moves.

In June 2024, she graduated from Studio One’s 200 hour Teacher Training, an experience that expanded her perspective and deepened her connection to the practice.

With a background in kickboxing, Michelle enjoys bringing energy and strength into classes, especially Sculpt. She loves teaching early morning sessions at the Stillwater location to help students start their day feeling strong and awake.

Outside the studio, Michelle enjoys nature, travel, running, and setting new fitness goals. She looks forward to seeing you on the mat.
