Shelly was introduced to yoga in 2007, and it quickly became a transformative part of her life. Her practice has supported her physically, mentally, and spiritually, offering a meaningful way to express herself and cultivate presence both on and off the mat.
She completed her 500-hour certification through Yoga Fit in 2020 and continues to expand her knowledge through conferences and advanced trainings. Shelly is deeply passionate about lifelong learning and appreciates the many pathways yoga offers for growth and exploration. She feels grateful to share this practice and her enthusiasm with others.
When she is not on her mat, Shelly enjoys gardening, traveling, kayaking, hiking, and spending time immersed in nature.
