Rachel King

Rachel came to her mat in 2005 while pregnant, searching for a low stress, full body workout. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, she quickly discovered that yoga offered more than physical strength. It introduced her to a more holistic way of living, connecting body, mind, and spirit.

In 2015, she completed her 200 hour teacher training to deepen her practice. It was there she realized teaching held a special place in her heart and committed to sharing yoga with as many people as possible.

Rachel is known for her uplifting energy, lighthearted spirit, and welcoming smile. With a strong understanding of the human body and an intuitive approach to teaching, she meets students where they are and makes yoga accessible to every body.

She lives in Woodbury with her daughter and fiancé.
